Sites for tennis district singles and doubles meets in the 2026 IHSAA postseason are now available. District assignments and substate team assignments will be available the week of April 27.
These meets are currently set for Saturday, May 16 in both Class 2A and Class 1A. The rain date for these events is Monday, May 18.
Individual qualifiers from these meets advance to the 2026 IHSAA State Singles & Doubles Tennis Tournament, set for May 27-28 in Iowa City (2A) and Waterloo (1A). Each class will feature 16 state singles qualifiers and 16 state doubles qualifiers out of eight district sites.
Again for 2026, regarding the team postseason format, district singles & doubles tournaments will have no impact on substate assignments or team state tournament qualification.
