Awards Nominations
Nominations are required for all IHSAA awards candidates, with forms to be submitted by member schools or officials.

Academic Achievement
The IHSAA recognizes member school teams maintaining high academic standards during their sport seasons.

Officials
To be completed by registered and active IHSAA officials for the 2022-23 school year.
Ejection Report
After an ejection of a participant or coach from an IHSAA sport, the involved member school and official are required to submit an ejection report. Ejected student-athletes must complete the free NFHS Sportsmanship Course and ejected coaches must purchase and complete NFHS Teaching and Modeling Behavior. Both require the submission of a certificate of completion.
