The IHSAA State Baseball Tournament has been held at two separate sites since 2021.

The 2026 tournament hosts will be: Veterans Memorial Stadium in Cedar Rapids (4A, 3A) and Merchants Park in Carroll (2A, 1A).

Free IHSAA broadcast and livestream available for all rounds.

Tickets will be available through the IHSAA Tickets page.

Tickets are good all day at each site.

All seating is general admission, with ADA space available upon request.

Tickets are not required for children under school age at IHSAA state tournament events.

Gates open to spectators one hour prior to the first game start time in each session.

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Coolers, kegs, camel backs, glass containers, backpack-style hydration systems, and canned or bottled beverages (other than factory-sealed water bottles)
  • Drones
  • Large lens cameras (6″ or more) or tripods
  • Noisemakers, horns, bugles or any disruptive devices
  • Pets (service animals allowed)
  • Strollers
  • Tobacco of any kind (including e-cigarettes)
  • Umbrellas
  • Video cameras
  • Weapons of any kind

Host sites and IHSAA reserve the right to prohibit any item deemed dangerous or inhibiting the overall fan experience.

IHSAA is managing or assisting with all media credentialing for the 2026 tournament.

  • PROFESSIONAL MEDIA: Newspapers, TV, web-based publications should register through the “Professional Media” button below. Entry will be allowed with display of the IHSAA 2025-26 credential.
  • SCHOOL MEDIA: Each participating school may select individuals to attend on behalf of a school media outlet (newspaper, yearbook, district website, etc.). For baseball, this may be either one adult OR up to two students. School administrators should register through the “School Media” button below. 
  • RADIO/AUDIO: Click on our Radio Registration page. Select your game through the purchase function. Rights are provided by Iowa High School Sports Network.

IHSAA does NOT credential freelance or independent photographers, videographers, or reporters.
