MEDIA: SCHOOL MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES

STATE CHAMPIONSHIP CREDENTIAL REQUEST

The IHSAA welcomes members of school media organizations to state tournament events. School media representatives must abide by policies established within the IHSAA Media Policy Manual and in available event guidelines. School media organizations include, but are not limited to: newspaper, magazine, yearbook, television station, district publications, or website. Individuals must be representing participating schools.

The number of credentials available to school media varies by event, with space and availability permitting. The IHSAA strongly encourages students to be selected as school media representatives so that students may provide coverage of their peers and learn in a professional media environment. If an adult or non-student is selected as a school media representative, only one credential will be granted.

This form is to be completed and signed by a member school athletic director or administrator.
