BOONE, Iowa – All three days of coed coverage from the 2026 Iowa High School Track & Field Championships at Drake Stadium will be available for viewing May 21-23 through the IHSAA’s network, with free streaming, statewide over the air coverage, as well as other over the top options.
As announced in August, IHSAA will provide free streaming through its website and have events appearing across multiple platforms through arrangements with Gray Media, Marquee Sports Network, Mediacom, and Nexstar. For this week’s state meet, this is expanding with boys’ and girls’ coverage alongside IGHSAU.
The free livestream will appear on both main IHSAA and IGHSAU platforms, as well as both organization YouTube channels.

TRACK & FIELD
- Ellen Davis, analyst (2A & 3A): Ellen Davis is a former Iowa high school standout from North Linn, where she won 13 state track titles and two cross country championships, finishing her career undefeated at the state track meet. She now works as a sports dietitian, supporting high school athletes across Iowa with performance nutrition. Ellen brings a unique perspective to the broadcast, combining elite competitive experience with expertise in fueling for performance.
- Tim O’Neill, analyst (1A & 4A): A recently retired coach at Davenport Assumption after 25 years, Tim O’Neill led both the boys’ and girls’ programs to incredible success, earning IATC Coach of the Year honors in 2008, and from 2011-17. Assumption’s girls’ won a state record five consecutive team titles, in addition to 19 individual state championships and 19 more relay titles. His boys’ teams had 13 individual champs and five finishes among the team top eight. Prior to coaching, O’Neill was a three-time All-Missouri Valley Conference shot putter and started three seasons for the UNI football program.
- Tim TeBrink, analyst (field): Over the past two decades, Tim TeBrink has been fortunate to be a part of several high-achieving athletic programs, beginning with a 14-year tenure at Urbandale High School (2005–2018). During his time there, he contributed as assistant football coach and head boys’ track coach, where he specialized as a throws coach focusing on the technical and mental development of student-athletes. Since 2019, TeBrink has served as the head football coach and assistant high school and middle school track coach at North Polk, proudly contributing to an athletic department dedicated to cultivating a positive culture. Driven by experience on the sidelines and in the throwing rings, he remains committed to building competitive programs while mentoring student-athletes to become leaders of high character.
- Paul Yeager, play-by-play: Paul Yeager has covered news, weather and sports all over Iowa for more than 30 years in Waterloo, Mason City, Davenport and now statewide at Iowa PBS. Yeager has served as host of the network’s track, basketball, football and softball coverage in addition to the the weekly journal of rural America, Market to Market. The Jesup native is also a graduate of Wartburg College and now resides in Ankeny.
