Substate brackets for the 2024 soccer postseason are now available for all four classes of IHSAA soccer.
The first round of postseason games are scheduled for Monday, May 13 (2A and 1A) and Tuesday, May 14 (4A and 3A). Second round substate games will be played on Monday, May 20, and substate final games are set for Wednesday, May 22.
Eight teams from each classification will advance to the 2024 IHSAA State Soccer Tournament, currently scheduled for May 29, May 31, and June 1 in Des Moines.

IHSAA Postseason Brackets
Update: 10 a.m., May 8
First round hosts and game times listed within brackets. Sites and times for second round and substate final contests will be determined once first round is complete.
Starting in 2024, IHSAA rankings are used as a primary tool to help determine the seeding and brackets in each class.
Starting in 2023, IHSAA soccer features four classes:
- Class 4A: Largest 36 schools
- Class 3A: Next 40 schools
- Class 2A: Next 48 schools
- Class 1A: Remaining schools

SOCCER TICKETS
Tickets for the first two rounds of substate are $6, then substate finals tickets are $8.
All host sites will utilize digital sales through the IHSAA Tickets page.
