All Iowa schools are encouraged to participate (but they’re not required). If your school wants to participate, you must select a service project and register your plans using the online IHSAA Bound Forms available to your AD.

Five $500 awards (at large across the state) will be awarded to the most outstanding community service projects coordinated by participating high schools.

Iowa’s High School SUMMER PASTIME
The IHSAA has held a baseball state championship each year since 1928, and Iowa remains the only state in the country that plays summer baseball. Each season concludes with the advancement of eight teams from each of four classifications to the state tournament.
